Amy's Graduation Cake

I made this open book b'day cake for Amy for her surprise graduation party!!! :)












I used a truffle to make the graduation hat.

I had extra batter & icing, so I made this for fun!! LOL

    Seems to be delicious cakes. My cousin is running a bakery and almost all his orders are supplied to Los Angeles venues for birthdays and events. Seen almost all of them and praises about heir wonderful locations too. I think booking one of them for our official party will be the best idea.
